We receive fees and sponsorship payments from companies for granting them permission to advertise to our members, there’s no obligation to do or buy anything, we’re paid for exposure alone. How to Play

Playing your 5 daily Free Lotto lines is as simple as logging in, then choose and submit 5 main numbers between 1 and 50 and 2 lucky hearts between 1 and 12 for each line using our play grid or go for single or multiple lucky picks. That’s 35 Free lotto lines every week.

When just one member wins our £1,000,000 jackpot, every member that submitted all their Free Lotto lines that week receives a share of our weekly £10,000,000 community Prize fund.

The more people that play free, the faster everyone will win.

The Friday draw results are posted on the site shortly after 10pm GMT.

We operate three draws on the Friday of each week

1st – The Main (Jackpot) Draw Shortly after line submissions close, our system randomly selects a number of submitted lines to play in our "Main (Jackpot) Draw" for a weekly jackpot of £1,000,000. The number of underwritten lines randomly selected for the "Main (Jackpot) Draw" are based on a weekly fixed 10% of the club’s interest based advertising income.

2st – The Bonus Draw After lines have been selected for the main draw, all remaining submitted lines are entered for play in our "Bonus Draw".

3nd – The Community Prize Fund Draw If a jackpot winner was identified in the main draw that player will have won £1,000,000 and unlocked our £10,000,000 Community Prize Fund, where everybody that played all their Free Lotto Club lines that week, wins a cash share, including any previous Bonus Cash winnings.

Please Note:

  • Line submissions close at Midnight GMT every Thursday for the following Friday draws.
  • Members can see if the lines they submitted have been selected for that week’s Main (Jackpot) Draw or Bonus Draw in the "Lottery Lines & Results" section within their account area.
  • Members will be notified if they have a win - NO claims required.
  • Any "Cash" wins, will be paid to winning members in 2-3 days after written notification.
  • Bonus cash wins are credited to members accounts and are paid as part of the community prize fund on the next occasion there is a jackpot winner. Bonus cash must be won within 12 months of issue, or is void.
  • Premium Members are paid using Bonus Cash for all new member referrals made. As players win (max £50) Premium Members are paid the same amount in cash.

Membership Agreement

  1. This Agreement governs your membership and use of the Free Lotto Club site and promotional service ("Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms appearing below, the content of the FAQ page, How It Works page and all other game play and memberships information published on the Site and in printed materials ("Terms") please do not join by submitting a Join Free Registration herein or attempt to use the Site.
  2. Membership hereunder is free of charge and restricted to individual residents of the United Kingdom and all other world jurisdictions where Membership and participation is not prohibited by law. For legal reasons Memberships are only available to individuals aged over 18 ("Member" "Members"). Each Member is exclusively responsible for determining their legal entitlement to participate hereunder prior to joining.
  3. The Site is owned by Promogratis Ltd (company number 15102974) of 71 – 75 Shelton Street. Covent Garden. London. WC2H 9JQ United Kingdom (the "Company" "we" "us" "our").
  4. The Site displays fully underwritten, weekly free lottery draws including but not limited to the Jackpot, Community Prize Fund and Bonus Cash Draws, hereinafter described as individually titled on the Site and collectively known as the program ("Program").
  5. Subject to the Terms, Membership will be granted free of charge to individuals who apply through the Site for a single account. Individuals are not entitled to apply for, operate or control through others more than one account. If an individual is found to be in breach of this rule their membership will be terminated, their account or accounts closed and any otherwise due or potentially due winnings hereunder voided.
  6. All Members shall receive with the compliments of the Company, 5 Free Lotto lines every day and a reminder email to play those lines. Free lines are not reliant on purchases being made but must be submitted for play by Members on the day they were issued, or they will be forfeit. Members will not qualify for any cash rewards or prizes through the Program unless they have submitted all 35 free lines for play in the same winning weeks draw.
  7. Members may be approached by the Company and offered the option to upgrade their free membership to a paid Premium Membership. Premium members continue to receive all the benefits of free membership. Premium members pay a monthly or annual fee for the exclusive, ongoing right to receive commissions and other financial rewards from the Company for referring new members to the free lotto club. These rewards are not available to free members, who may refer new members but do not receive any financial rewards for doing so. Commissions are only paid to Premium members on referrals made during their paid upgraded Premium membership, but are otherwise paid throughout the life of each referred free member made, subject to these Terms.
  8. If a Member fails to login to the Site and submit their 5 free daily lines for a continuous period of three months (90 days) their membership will be terminated, their account closed and any otherwise potentially due bonus cash winnings previously shown in their account prior to such closure voided.
  9. Neither the Company, the Site, or any individual connected to or with them promote a paid lottery or lotteries, are not a paid lottery promoter and do not offer a paid betting service. The services offered on the Site to Members, do not fall within the definition of gambling services nor do such services amount to a gaming company requiring a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. The services detailed on the Site are The offer of free Membership and play of lotto lines in a free lottery winnings-based prize draw service, and the opportunity to upgrade to a paid Premium membership in order to refer new members to the Site and receive exclusive commissions and other rewards for doing so. These are NOT services governed or regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. If more than one Member wins the Jackpot in any week, the Jackpot prize shall be divided equally between such winners.
  11. Weekly Program underwriting covers
    1. Jackpot Draw. Each individual line randomly chosen for the Jackpot draw is covered by up to £2,000,000. This provides funds to pay the winner (or winners) a total of £1,000,000, or smaller individual win amounts up to £50,000 each plus any due Affiliate commissions.
    2. Community Prize Fund Draw. All other win amounts from weekly draws described in Site pages up to a total of £10,000,000 per draw week.
    3. Total Weekly Underwriting. In the unlikely event of total weekly underwriting for the Program proves insufficient to pay all winners 100% of their otherwise due amounts in any winning week, each affected member shall receive a lower amount but not a lower percentage of the available underwritten fund and any unpaid winnings portion shall be carried forward in member accounts until the next winning week. Underwriting cover shall thereafter be increased as required.
  12. Membership is subject to honest and truthful completion by the Member of the join free and registration form appearing on the Site. Only one account can be registered and/or held per person and the Program benefits can only be enjoyed by a Member on any individual purchase once. Membership and all Program benefits hereunder are non-transferable under any circumstance.
  13. Members agree to receive regular promotional and reminder emails and to publication of their names and/or likenesses in the event of becoming a paid winner hereunder.
  14. If we determine at our sole discretion that a Member is in breach of the Terms, we may under those circumstances issue immediate notice of termination to the Member, close the Members account and cancel any otherwise due, or potentially due Program benefit detailed in their account.
  15. We have the right to change these terms or close the Site temporarily or permanently at any time for any reason by posting revised Rules on the Site. Members should print and retain a hard copy of these terms for future reference and check this page regularly for changes.
  16. If there is, or may be a technical issue affecting the Program being accurately operated and administered, such as, but not limited to, computer malfunction, transmission of data issues, virus or any other issue or issues which may be capable of impairing the accurate and honest operation of the Program for any period of time, then the Program shall be suspended until such time as any such problem or problems have been eliminated.
  17. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the remainder of the Agreement shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
  18. This Agreement and the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are a United Kingdom based online club with membership and play being provided free of charge to individual residents of the United Kingdom and all other world jurisdictions where membership and participation is not prohibited by law. For legal reasons, memberships are only available to individuals aged over 18. Each Member is exclusively responsible for determining their legal entitlement to participate prior to joining.
